Zoe Carter is a fictional character on the series Eureka portrayed by Jordan Hinson. Zoe is the rebellious daughter of Eureka's Sheriff, Jack Carter. Intelligent and attention-seeking, Zoe, like her dadm has abandonment issues which she seeks to remedy by moving to Eureka. Though initially hoping only to get her parents back together, Zoe found a home in the small town and was reluctant to return to LA with her mother Abby when the time came.

Despite her average antecedents, namely her father, Zoe is intelligent with an IQ of 157. Though she had a penchant for getting into trouble and running away from home, she's finally settled into her new life and if Jack's visions of the future are any indication, her future is bright.
