William Waring is a director and camera operator who has directed several episodes of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. He also directed the episode "Breakdown" of the series Painkiller Jane. Waring worked as a camera operator Sliders, The X-Files, and the genre films Underworld, Disturbing Behavior, and Elf. He was also a camera operator on David Hewlett's A Dog's Breakfast.
