Will Shetterly (b. 1955) is an American writer of comics and fantasy novels, and the creator of Captain Confederacy.
Shetterly's best-known novels are Dogland (1997) and two young adult novels set in Terri Windling's Borderland universe, Elsewhere (1991) (winner of the Minnesota Book Award for Science Fiction and Fantasy) and Nevernever (1993).
His other novels include Cats Have No Lord (1985), Witch Blood (1986), and Chimera (2000).
Shetterly and his wife Emma Bull edited the five-volume Liavek shared world anthologies. Their short fiction was collected in the NESFA Press volume Double Feature (1995}.
Bull and Shetterly live in Arizona.
