United Artists Entertainment LLC (UA)is an American film studio formed in 2006 in an agreement between Tom Cruise and partner Paula Wagner and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. The company previously existed, founded in 1919 by Douglas Fairbanks, Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford, and D. W. Griffith.

Among UA's notable film productions are The Prisoner of Zenda, The Taming of the Shrew, Wuthering Heights, The Thief of Baghdad, The African Queen, 12 Angry Men, Annie Hall, La Cage Aux Foles and Rainman. UA Also produced the James Bond film series.
