Unexplained Mysteries was a TV series that featured stories of allegedly real supernatural occurrences. The weekly hour-long series aired from September 2003 to September 2005 in syndication. The show mainly consisted of previous footage from the 1990s television series Sightings, along with some new content. Footage consisted of interviews with both witnesses and self-proclaimed experts. In some cases, actual video recordings of the sightings were shown. Usually, one specific topic per episode was featured. Topics included UFOs, ghosts, psychics, creatures, and other paranormal phenomena.
Repeats from the first season were aired in the second year of the show. The series was narrated by Jonathan David Cook (who was never seen on-screen). The show was produced by Ann Daniel Productions, Fair Dinkum Productions, and First Television. It was distributed by Paramount Television.

It's usually best to give a very general overview to a story first, then plot details. When including the plot or essential details in your article (which could ruin the pleasure of discovery for some readers), it is important to include the spoiler tag before any give-away material.
