Unending is episode 20 of Stargate SG-1 Season 10 and the series finale. Robert C. Cooper wrote and directed the episode which focuses on SG-1 and the Asgard.
Summary
SG-1 becomes trapped on the Odyssey in a time dilation field and must live out the next fifty years of their lives while Carter tries to come up with a means to save them.

Plot
The Asgard invite SG-1 and The Odyssey to their planet Orilla to witness their end and pass on their legacy. The Asgard have finally accepted that they are dying and nothing can save them. Their last attempt has created a disease that will eventually kill them all. They plan to end their lives before suffering but Thor has decided to gift the Tau'ri with all their knowledge and technology. The Asgard outfit the Odyssey with every available technology include time dilation technology, advanced hyperdrive engines, energy weapons, energy to matter converters and the entire Asgard knowledge base.
Before they can bring the engines online the Ori attack and the Asgard leave the vessel and destroy the entire planet to prevent their knowledge from falling into the wrong hands. The Odyssey manages to jump into hyperspace and escape but when Carter discovers a problem with the engines, they leave hyperspace and are immediately attacked by the Ori. Carter needs to remove some of the Asgard technology but has no time to do so. It becomes clear the Ori are able to track the signature of the Asgard engines.
They are forced to drop out of hyperspace again and Carter manages to take the Asgard alterations off line. They are again attacked and manage to destroy a second Ori vessel but a kill shot is fired from another leaving Carter with no choice but to activate a time dilation field that will cause mere seconds to pass outside the field giving them time to come up with a solution. Carter intends to rebuild Merlin's phase shifting technology. It takes her two weeks of work and simulations to discover they don't have enough time once the field is deactivated, to activate the device.
Months pass and Mitchell becomes frustrated and crazed with cabin fever and attempts to pass the time through exercise. Landry takes up gardening. Vala attempts to seduce Daniel but is initially rebuffed. Her second attempt causes him to lash out at her. He finds the idea that she would try to have a casual sexual relationship given that they work together, reprehensible and believes they couldn't be more wrong for each other. He is also upset that having finally gotten over his wife, he would never want to get involved with someone like her. Vala is extremely hurt and Daniel realizes she was in earnest and that he has allowed his fear of getting hurt to stand in the way. The two begin a relationship.
Several years pass and Landry's health eventually fails and he passes away. Carter is devastated. More years pass and the team grows old together. Carter becomes a talented cellist, finally fulfilling a life long dream. She eventually finds a way to reverse time but all the years it took has used up the energy required to do so. Mitchell reminds her of a time years ago when she used the energy from an Ori staff weapon to power the phase shifting device and points out the Ori energy that has been aimed at them for several decades may solve their problem... but first they'll need to die. One of them has to remain within the time dilation filed, and stay old, to ensure that if and when the time reversal is successful, they won't repeat the events of the past. Teal'c volunteers as he has many years of life left. He remains in the field as the ship explodes around him.
The plan proves successful and time reverses to a point just before the Ori fire their weapon. Teal'c stops Carter from activating the field and they move out of the line of fire and jump to hyperspace. The team returns home with the Asgard's legacy intact and they are all young again and unaware of the time they shared, except for Teal'c who remembers but will not share what he knows.
