Synopsis

The premier episode establishes Sydney as a graduate student working for a CIA blackops division known as SD-6. When she reveals her secret life to fiancee Danny (Edward Atterton), he is murdered. Her already complex life is turned upside down when her father reveals that he is a double agent and that SD-6, who recruited her during her undergrad years is actually a renegade agency wanted by the real CIA. Sydney is faced with also becoming a double agent working for the real CIA to bring down SD-6, while continuing to keep the complexities of her secret life from friends Will and Francie who ground her in normality and doing her best to complete her masters degree.
