Togusa <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span> Togusa is character in the Ghost in the Shell series, a CTU agent and member of Public Security Section 9. A former police officer transfered to Section 9, to make sure that it stays diversified to keep its investigative edge. Togusa has a wife and children, and is the least cyberized out of all of the team agents (save for the Cyberbrain communication implants which are ubiquitous in 2030's Japan).
