Los Cronocrímenes, (aka Timecrimes) is a Spanish science fiction film written and directed by Nacho Vigalondo. The film made its US debut at Austin Fantastic Fest on September 20, 2007 where it won best picture as well as the Gold Medal of Jury Award Competition and the Silver Medal of Audience Award Competition. The movie tells the tale of a man who invents a time machine and travels back in time almost an hour. When he finds himself it is just the beginning of a series of disasters and consequences and a murder mystery.
