Thomas Alexander Dekker (b. December 28, 1987) is an American actor born in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is best known for his role on the NBC series Heroes. Dekker has been acting since his early years, first appearing on The Young and the Restless, The Nany and ER. In 1994, he played Thomas Picard in the film Star Trek: Generations. The next year he starred as David McGowan in Village of the Damned. In 1996, Dekker appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: Voyager as Henry Burleigh.
Dekker has also lent his voice to the role of Littlefoot in The Land Before Time V: The Mysterious Island and the sequels The Land Before Time VI: The Secret of Saurus Rock, The Land Before Time VII: The Stone of Cold Fire as well as the series Extreme Ghostbusters. He also voiced the role of Fievel Mousekewitz in An American Tail: The Mystery of the Night Monster.
In 1997, Dekker took on his first series regular role as Nick Szalinski on Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show. The series ended in 2000 and Dekker continued to perform voice roles for The Land Before Time VIII: The Big Freeze, The Mummy: The Animated Series, and The Land Before Time IX: Journey to the Big Water. He also made guest appearances on Family Affair, Run of the House, Boston Public CSI and a recurring role as Vincent on 7th Heaven. In 2006, Dekker began appearing on the series Heroes as Zach. He also filmed the pilot for the series The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
