The Wolf Man is a 2009 horror thriller to be produced by Universal Pictures. Mark Romanek was originally slated to direct the $100 million thriller but quit over creative differences and was replaced by Joe Johnston. Benicio Del Toro plays the title role, with Anthony Hopkins as his father. Also expected to appear in the film is Emily Blunt. The movie is a remake of Universal's 1941 horror feature The Wolf Man.
