Synopsis

Part 1 of 2. The Doctor, Martha and Captain Jack pursue the newly-regenerated Master to contemporary Earth only to find that the Doctor's old rival has apparently arrived quite a bit earlier. Under the pseudonym of Harold Saxon, the wily villain has managed to set himself up as the new Prime Minister of Great Britain - and his trap for the Doctor is about to be sprung. Moreover, he has allied himself with a mysterious new menace known as the Toclafane. Who are they really?
