The New & Improved Carl Morrissey is the third episode of the series The 4400.

Summary

Carl Morrissey, one of the 4400 and a supermarket employee returns to his old job in a neighbor in a neighborhood that has changed for the worst. After an attempted mugging, he discovers he has enhanced strength, reflexes, and martial arts skills which he uses to fight off drug dealers, rapists and various criminals plaguing his neighborhood.
