The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, also known as Fantasy & Science Fiction or F&SF, is an American magazine founded in 1949 and first published by Mystery House and later, Fantasy House, subsidiaries of Mercury Press. The magazine has been the original publisher for such popular works as Stephen King's Dark Towers and Daniel Keyes's Flowers for Algernon.
The monthly magazine is edited by Gordon Van Gelder.
