The Little Shop of Horrors is a 1960 comedic farce directed by Roger Corman and written by Charles B. Griffith. Jonathan Haze stars as floral assistant Seymour Krelboin who nurtures a plant that feeds on people. The low budget film was shot in two days reusing sets from other productions. Its popularity grew slowly leading to a 1982 off-Broadway musical and a 1986 musical film, Little Shop of Horrors starring Rick Moranis.
