Dracula is a 1958 Hammer Films production directed by Terence Fisher and written by Jimmy Sangster. In this adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic, Jonathan Harker's (John Van Eyssen) attack on Dracula at his classic prompts the vampire count to take revenge. Dracula travels to a nearby city and makes the family of Harker's fiancee his prey. Harker's friend, Dr. Van Helsing (Peter Cushing) is determined to destroy the count at all costs.
