The Grudge 2 is the 2004 sequel to The Grudge based on Takashi Shimizu's Ju-On. Shimizu directed both the American version of the film and this sequel. Sarah Michelle Gellar returns as Karen and Amber Tamblyn stars as her sister, Aubrey who is exposed to the same curse as her sister while in Tokyo.
