The Fourth Horseman is a 2009 horror film. The film's script, written by Marshall E. Uzzle and Perry Fair was acquired by Intrepid Pictures with the intention of a rewrite by F. Paul Benz and Steve Tomlin.

The plot revolves around a young priest sent to kill a young girl whom his church believes will be the future mother of the Fourth Horseman of the Apocalypse, who along with her three counterparts, War, Pestilence, and Famine, will destroy the world. When he falls in love with his target however, she becomes pregnant and he realizes he may have played a part in the destruction of mankind.
