The Eye completes the story of the previous episode "The Storm". This is episode 11 of Stargate Atlantis Season 1 and first aired on January 21, 2005. The Eye was written by Martin Gero and directed by Martin Wood.

Plot

The Genii take over Atlantis as Dr. Rodney McKay tries to disable the grounding stations in hope of activating the shield. Major Sheppard eludes the Genii soldiers, sabotaging their attempts to gain full control of the city. Teyla, Ford, and Beckett wait out the storm in a Puddle Jumper on the mainland.
