The Edge of Destruction is the name by which the third serial of the long-running program Doctor Who has come to be known. This two-episode serial appears to have actually been titled "Inside the Spaceship." However, when the BBC first released the serial on video, it mistakenly used the title of its first episode. So, the story is now known by that title instead. Its first episode premiered in the UK on February 4th, 1964.

Synopsis

When the TARDIS suddenly halts mid flight, its occupants are thrown to the floor and knocked unconscious. Upon awakening, some of them suffer strange bouts of paranoia and the TARDIS itself is acting erratically. What's going on? Has a saboteur crept aboard when everyone was uncounscious?
