The Devil's Advocate is a 1997 film based on the novel by Andrew Neiderman. The film starred Keanu Reeves as defense lawyer Kevin Lomax who, after winning a child molestation case in Florida, travels to New York on the invitation of the law firm Milton, Chadwick, and Waters. While there, he is drawn into the dark world of the firm's clients and lawyers headed by the charismatic John Milton, a man who may be evil incarnate.
