The Day the Sky Exploded (La Morte viene dallo spazio) is a 1958 Italian disaster film. The film is also known as Death Comes from Space and Death Comes from Outer Space .

Plot

A nuclear-powered rocket crashes into the sun causing a series of explosions which sends meteors hurtling towards Earth. The US and Russian governments fire weapons at the incoming meteors hoping to save Earth from annihilation.
