The 1984 Annual World’s Best SF

<span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>

The 1984 Annual World’s Best SF was the thirteenth volume in The Annual World's Best SF anthology series from DAW Books. It was edited by Donald A. Wollheim with Arthur W. Saha, with a first printing in June of 1984, and it included what Wollheim considered to be the ten finest short stories and novellas from the year 1983. This volume includes a cover painting by Vincent DiFate, and a short introduction from Wollheim in which he argues “that the world is really quite close to Utopia—in a practical sense.”
