The 1973 Annual World's Best SF

<span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>

The 1973 Annual World’s Best SF, sometimes called Donald A. Wollheim Presents The 1973 Annual World’s Best SF, and also published under the title Wollheim’s World’s Best SF Series Two, is the second book in The Annual World's Best SF anthology series from DAW Books. It was edited by Donald A. Wollheim with Arthur W. Saha in 1973, and in it Wollheim presents what he regarded as the ten best short stories and novellas from the year 1972. The book includes a cover painting by William S. Shields, and a brief introduction in which Wollheim takes some shots at New Wave writers and original anthologies.
