The Kingdom of Thailand (formerly known as Siam) is a country in Southeast Asia. It is bordered on the East by Laos and Cambodia, to the south by the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia and to the west, Burma. Thailand's largest city is also its capital, Bangkok. Thailand has a rich and unique culture, heavily influenced by Indian and Chinese culture.
