Terry O'Quinn

Terry O'Quinn (b. Terrance Quinn July 15, 1952) is an American actor born in Newberry, Michigan. He best known for his role on the series Lost as John Locke. O'Quinn attended Central Michigan University as well as the University of Iowa.

O'Quinn's film and television career began in the early 80s with roles as James Roosevelt in F.D.R.: The Last Year and Heavens Gate. He made guest appearances on several series including The Twilight Zone, Remington Steele, Moonlighting, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Tales from the Crypt, The X-Files, Roswell and Masters of Science Fiction. He had recurring roles on the short-lived series Earth 2 as Reilly and starred in the series Millennium as Peter Watts. He also appeared in several episodes of Harsh Realm, 'JAG, Alias, as FBI Assistant Director Kendall, and The West Wing. O'Quinn's notable film roles includes Stephen King's Silver Bullet, SpaceCamp, Amityville: A New Generation, Primal Fear, Ghosts of Mississippi, and Phenomenon II.


O'Quinn married wife, Lorie in 1979 and they have two adult sons, Oliver, and Hunter.
