Scifipedia in Your Pocket

I got my Kindle today. One of the first things I checked was the free web-browsing. Yes, I can read Scifipedia on it! I was able to log into the site, and I could search for articles. The graphic for the Feature Article did reproduce, although it was a bit small. I bought a couple of things, and transferred a text file from my laptop with no problem. The web-browsing is slower than a computer, but the convenience is nice.

I'm so glad you're having fun with your Kindle, Bufo. I have to admit that my Reader is absolutely languishing; it is, in fact, lost under a heap of vitally important papers and brochures and maps and rubber bands.
