At first I wasn't sure what to do with this article, since Clark is essentially Superman as well. Instead I focused on the way Clark has been percieved over the years. -Larry7639

I think that's a good idea. I think more on the character can be drawn from his portrayal in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Smallville which focus more on Clark than Superman.

I agree, but I'll leave that to others, as my specialty is the comic book aspect.

However, I will say that one of my favorite moments in the Superman movie of the 1980s was when Perry White calls Clark "the fastest darn typest" that he's ever seen. I almost put this in as a characteristic of Clark, though I decided against it. Larry7639
