Serita is a fictional planet on the series Stargate SG-1. It was once a planet in the same system as Tollan.

The Tollan were an advanced human civilization while Serita was less technologically advanced. The Tollan gave Serita the technology to produce unlimited energy but the Seritans used it to create powerful weapons and destroyed their planet in a single day. The destruction of Serita caused a shift in Tollan's orbit and Tollan was destroyed by volcanic activity. Fortunately, the Tollan people were able to evacuate to a new planet.
