Sean Bean

Sean Bean (b. April 15, 1959, South Yorkshire, England, UK) is a prolific English actor who has appeared in a number of genre films, memorably in The Lord of the Rings film series as Boromir. Bean may be well membered by fans of the British Sharpe TV movie series in which he played title character, Richard Sharpe. Bean has also appeared in several popular non-genre films such as Patriot Games with Harrison Ford, National Treasure with Nicolas Cage and Don't Say a Word with Michael Douglas.
