Sci-Fi Talk started on a small New Jersey radio station in 1994, then found a second home on New York radio, before discovering the internet in 2000. A podcast since 2005, Tony Tellado hosts the show interviewing actors, authors, special effects magicians, writers, producers, directors, composers and even stunt men, that create science fiction, fantasy and horror projects. Transcripts appear on the show’s home page and the program maintains a myspace identity as well. Past guests include Peter Weller, Katee Sackhoff , Dune Author Brian Herbert, Ben Browder, Ray Harryhausen, Richard Matheson, Michael Emerson of Lost, and Efx master, Phil Tippett.


Sci-Fi Talk produces three weekly podcasts on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.


Cast:

Tony Tellado

Tony started in radio in the late 1970’s only to leave to work in corporare television. He used his love of sci-fi and radio experience to create Sci-Fi Talk radio interview program in 1994. Besides chatting with his guests, Tony has attended press radio junkets for films like Scream, Star Trek: First Contact, Escape From LA, Star Trek Insurrection and Star Trek Nemesis. He has also consulted on several current films that are in pre-production. Besides the podcast, he writes two blogs featuring transcripts of some of his interviews.
