Sam Jaffe

<span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>

Sam Jaffe (March 10, 1891 New York City, New York - March 24, 1984) was an American actor.

Inoffensive in appearance, he often played doctors or professors. He notably portrayed the Albert Einstein-like Professor Jacob Barnhart in the classic film, The Day the Earth Stood Still. He was no stranger to genre TV, with guest spots on the Ron Ely Tarzan series, The Bionic Woman, and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.

Please be sure to consider the other categories assigned to this stub by the original creator. When finished, remove this stub from the article and the article from the Actors stubs category.
It's usually best to give a very general overview first, then specific details. When including the plot or essential details of a story in your article (which could ruin the pleasure of discovery for some readers), it is important to include the spoiler tag before any give-away material.
