Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, Inc. (prior to 1992, Science Fiction Writers of America) (SFWA) is a trade organization for published writers founded in 1965 by Damon Knight.

SFWA presents the annual Nebula Awards for the best science fiction or fantasy short story, novelette, novella, and novel of the year.
