Rupert T. Gould

Commander Rupert T. Gould (November 16, 1890 Portsmouth - October 5, 1948) was an author, most associated with his book on sea-serpents, although he also wrote more general books on paranormal topics.

His mainstream work includes authoring the book The Marine Chronometer (1923).
