Roger C. Carmel

Roger C. Carmel (September 27, 1932 Brooklyn, New York - November 11, 1986) was an American actor.
He is best known for the role of Harry Mudd in Star Trek, which he played twice on the original series, and once in the Star Trek: The Animated Series. He was a frequent guest star on TV series in the 1960s and 1970s. Fans also recognize his distinctive voice as that of Smokey the Bear.
