Robert K. Weiss is a producer and screenwriter whose best known genre work may be the series Sliders which he created with Tracy Tormé. Weiss served as a producer on the Dan Akroyd and Jim Belushi comedy classic The Blues Brothers. His other notable productions include Police Squad!, Dragnet starring Akroyd and Tom Hanks, Amazon Women on the Moon , Crazy People featuring Dudley Moore and Daryl Hannah, Superstar, Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 3, and Superhero!.
