In the Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future TV series, Sergeant Robert "Scout" Baker is the team's espionage and electronics specialist. His suit's ability to transform him into what appears to be a biomech allows him to infiltrate and sabotage otherwise heavily guarded targets.

Scout tends to be the team's jokester. He is quick with his wit, despite terrible losses in his life. His zeal for battle makes him a constant asset to the team.

Scout Baker was played by Maurice Dean Wint [1] on the television series.
