Rob Zombie

Robert Bartleh Cummings (b. January 12, 1965 in Haverhill, Massachusetts) is an American heavy metal musician, director, producer, and writer. Best known as Rob Zombie, the lead singer of the heavy metal band White Zombie, he has recently established himself in the film industry as a director and made his directorial debut with the 2003 horror film House of 1000 Corpses. A fan of horror films, westerns, comics and rock music in his youth, Zombie later incorporated all his loves in his music which has appeared on the soundtrack of many genre films, including Judge Dredd, Escape from L.A., The Matrix, Bride of Chucky, Idle Hands, Daredevil and the films he directed, The Devil's Rejects, Grindhouse and the 2007 remake of the horror classic, Halloween. Zombie has sold over 15 million albums and also directed music videos.

Zombie is currently working on a raunchy animated film expected to star Paul Giamatti
