Robert Hepler Lowe (b. March 17, 1964, Charlotesville, Virginia) is a Golden Globe-nominated American actor known for his dramatic performances in series like The West Wing, Brothers and Sisters and The Lyon's Den. Lowe shared a 2002 SAG award for Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series for The West Wing with his fellow castmates. Lowe has also appeared in a sveral genre features beginning with the Stephen King miniseries The Stand. Other notable genre performances include Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, contact, Atomic Train, Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me , 'Salem's Lot and Stir of Echoes: The Homecoming.
