Rick Worthy (b. March 12, 1967) is an American actor from Detroit, Michigan. Following his graduation from Southfield Senior High School, he attended the University of Michigan where he studied film and drama. He moved to Chicago where he appeared on stage at The Goodman Theater and Victory Garden's Theater. He later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television.

Early roles include small roles in the films Ri¢hie Ri¢h, Losing Isaiah and While You Were Sleeping. He has made appearances on three Star Trek series and the Star Trek film Star Trek: Insurrection. He appeared on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Kornan, Insurrection as an Elloran officer, Star Trek: Voyager as crewman Noah Lessing, and Enterprise as Jannar. Worthy has had recurring roles on Murder One, The Magnificent Seven, Felicity, Enterprise and Eyes. Other genre appearances include Touched by an Angel, Seven Days, Stargate SG-1, Dark Angel, Odyssey 5, the ABC Family film Fallen, and a voice role in X-Men Legends.

Worthy can currently be seen on the series Battlestar Galactica as the Cylon, Simon.
