Richard Moll (January 13, 1943 Pasadena, California - ) is an American actor and voice artist.

Best known to mainstream audiences for his performance as the bailiff, Nostradamus "Bull" Shannon on Night Court, Moll has appeared in a variety of Sci Fi works. He sometimes plays towering intimidating characters, but is also known for his comic abilities. His voice has also been heard in many productions, notably as Harvey Dent (Two-Face) in the 1992 Batman cartoon series.
