Summary

Several years after the Raccoon City disaster, Alice is on her own and still fighting against the Umbrella Corporation. In the Nevada Desert, several survivors must fight against the zombies, crows and mutated creatures.

Alice's psychic abilities have grown since previous films but she has made an effort to keep them hidden as they can be tracked by the remnants of the Umbrella Corporation. An obsessed scientist in an underground facility has made several clones of her hoping to find a cure for the zombie plague that has ravaged the planet, killing humans, animals and plants alike, turning whole nations into deserts. Each clone is brutally tested and viciously killed.

When Alice uses her psychic abilities to aid old friends, the Umbrella cooperation becomes aware of her and creates a trap to get her and in the process most of her friends are killed. Alice manages to overcome their control and break into the facility where she must face off against a horribly mutated Dr. Isaacs. Though she appears to face certain death, she gets help from one of her clones who kills Isaac with the deadly maze he created to test her and others like her.
