Remote viewing

<span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span>

Remote viewing is the purported ability of certain individuals to gain knowledge of remote locations and their specifics without actual physical presence. Though the ability is one said to be achieved and improved with standardized training methods, its validity remains largely unproven.

Remote viewing in fiction

Remote viewing has been portrayed in literature, film, and television several times. Typical portrayals often imply remote viewing as an innate psychic ability that may be accompanied by others, as in the case of John Doe. In other cases, as with Molly Walker on the series Heroes, the ability is not directly attributed to remote viewing technique but nevertheless incorporates the fundamental ability to see distant people and places.
