Quebec is a Canadian province bordered to the west by Ontario and Hudson Bay, to the south the United States (New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine), and to the east, the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, the provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador. Its largest city is Montreal and its official language, French. It is the only Canadian province whose official language is not English.

Notable natives include Star Trek actor William Shatner, Author, Patricia McKenzie, and Stargate SG-1 producer, Joseph Mallozzi.
