Pyramids of Mars is a four episode serial from season 13 of the long running series Doctor Who. Its first episode premiered in Britain on October 25, 1975.

Synopsis

Attempting to return to UNIT headquarters, the Doctor apparently lands the TARDIS in the right location, but several decades too early. He and Sarah have arrived at an old priory that stood on the location of the current UNIT HQ in 1911. But all is not right at the priory. Faceless mummies prowl the grounds and the Doctor and Sarah find themselves trapped inside. Priory owner Marcus Scarman is clearly up to no good and he serves the Doctor's most powerful and terrifying foe to date. Can the Doctor even survive?
