Prozine <span class="SFPTagline"> From SCIFIPEDIA </span> A prozine (or pro zine) is a term in fandom to describe periodical magazine published by professional journalists. This is in comparison to fanzines, which are put together and distributed usually by a single fan. In addition, there are semi-prozines which are what happens when a fanzine starts attracting commercial advertisers and professional writers as contributors and may hire a part-time paid staff.
