Primatech Paper is a fictional paper company located in Odessa, Texas. Though the company appears to operate a legitimate paper business it is actually a front for the mysterious "Company" which captures, tracks, and tests individuals known to have extraordinary abilities. The most prominent face associated with the organization was Noah Bennet who worked for the organization until it conflicted with his goal to protect his daughter Claire.
