Located deep within an unspecified mountain, the Power Base was the center of operations for Captain Power and his team.

Ever vigilent in keeping the base's location a secret, it was not uncommon to see visitors blindfolded until they were fully inside the confines of the base.

The Power Base provided needed shelter to repair the XT-7 when it was damaged and to monitor critical communications between Dread forces. It also acted as monitoring station for rebel forces, allowing the team to assist in operations when possible.

Consisting of six levels, the Power Base provided necessary facilities for the continuing war against Lord Dread, including a functional computer core with a holotank that housed Mentor, the artificial intelligence unit. However, the most important of these facilities was where the Power Suits were recharged when depleted.

The base was destroyed at the end of the first (and only) season, when it was infiltrated by Blastarr. Corporal Jennifer Chase, alone and the victim of a doublecross, activated the self-destruct sequence, destroying the base and, presumably, Blastarr and herself.
