Plot

Ten survivors of a crashed space faring vessel attempt to survive on a seemingly lifeless world heated by the light of three suns. They soon find themselves hunted by flesh eating alien creatures that appear in twenty-two year cycles when the planet goes dark. They must depend on the criminal, Riddick, the only one able to see in the dark, for their survival.

It's usually best to give a very general overview to a story first, then plot details. When including the plot or essential details in your article (which could ruin the pleasure of discovery for some readers), it is important to include the spoiler tag before any give-away material.
