Piper Halliwell (b. August 7, 1973) is a fictional character on the series Charmed played by Holly Marie Combs. Piper is the second daughter of Patricia Halliwell and Victor Bennett. Piper developed powers of molecular immobilization, ie. she is able to freeze objects and people in time. She later developed powers of molecular combustion.
